Self-Archiving (Repository) Policy

The Croatian Yearbook of European Law and Policy (CYELP) supports the broad dissemination and accessibility of scholarly research. Accordingly, authors are encouraged to deposit their work in institutional and other repositories in accordance with this policy:

● Authors may deposit any version of their manuscript (submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, or published version of record) in an institutional or other repository or scholarly networking platform of their choice (such as SSRN, Academia.edu, or ResearchGate). To preserve the anonymity of the peer-review process, however, the submitted manuscript must not be made publicly available while it is under peer review.

● When depositing the accepted manuscript or the published version of record, authors must provide a full citation to the article as published in the Croatian Yearbook of European Law and Policy (CYELP), together with a link to the article on the CYELP website and its DOI.

● No embargo period applies to the deposit of the accepted manuscript or the published version of record.
