Television Program Licensing: End Game for Exclusivity?

Abstract

This paper analyses territorial licences in broadcasting and their effect on the internal market. Particular attention is paid to market freedoms (goods and services), taking into account the outco-me of a pending ruling before the ECJ with regard to the selling of Premier League broadcasting rights.
