Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editorial Board with a covering letter. When the manuscript is submitted, written assurance must be given that the article has not been published, submitted or accepted elsewhere. Authors should submit a summary of the article and a note on their current affiliation. Citations shoud comply with OSCOLA (The Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities).
All contributions are subject to a review procedure. According to the Croatian Classification System, all contributions published as ‘articles’ are designated as ‘izvorni znanstveni rad’, and those published as ‘comments’, ‘reports’ and ‘notes’ are evaluated as ‘pregledni znanstveni rad’.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
- The text is single-spaced and uses a 12-point font
- Citations comply with OSCOLA (The Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities)
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
